If your needs grow, like using multiple accounts or third-party apps, we’ll guide you into the regular Monthly Package for more complete support.

Includes:

  • Monthly reconciliation for 1 account (bank or credit card)

  • Categorization of up to 50 transactions per month

  • Monthly financial recap via email

  • Email support

Monthly Bookkeeping Package

Our most popular service - perfect for creatives, solopreneurs, and service providers who want to offload their bookkeeping and free up time. This base package is tailored to your unique needs, keeps your finances organized and stress-free, so you can relax, review your monthly reports, and feel confident knowing your books are taken care of. 

Base Package Includes:

  • Monthly bank and credit card reconciliation

  • Categorization of business transactions 

  • Ongoing maintenance of your Quickbooks Online account

  • Monthly financial reports

  • Quarterly check-in calls (optional and as-needed)

  • Ongoing email support for bookkeeping questions

  • Collaboration with your CPA or tax preparer at year-end

Pricing: Starts at $350/month

Additional services can be added to your package, including: owner’s payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and receipt management.

Clean-up / Catch-up

A comprehensive clean-up and organization of your financial records.

What’s Included:

  • Diagnostic review of your current books

  • QuickBooks setup (if needed)

  • Categorization of past transactions

  • Account reconciliations

  • Error correction and clean-up

  • Final financial reports to help you move forward 

Pricing:
Pricing is based on the number of months or years needing cleanup or caught up, and the complexity of your books. A custom quote is provided after a diagnostic review.
